How long will my order take to ship?
- The short answer is, it depends where you live! Orders generally take 2-4 days to ship to the East coast, and 3-5 days for the Midwest or West coast. Shipping has been a little unpredictable during COVID, so please allow an extra few days to receive your order just in case.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! We offer International shipping. Note that cost of shipping is fully dependent on the weight of your order.
My order was shipped, where is my order?
- Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the postal service. If you still have questions or concerns please email support@aubreesays.com and we'll do what we can to assist you.
What is your return policy?
- You're welcome to return your item(s) in their original packaging only if they arrived broken or damaged while in transit for a full refund minus return shipping costs. We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. To start a return email us at support@aubreesays.com.
