How long will my order take to ship? 

  • The short answer is, it depends where you live! Orders generally take 3-5 business days. Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, tariffs, etc.) please allow an extra few days to receive your order just in case. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! We offer International shipping. Note that cost of shipping is fully dependent on the weight of your order. 

My order was shipped, where is my order?

  • Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the postal service. If you still have questions or concerns please email support@aubreesays.com and we'll do what we can to assist you.

What is your return policy?

  • You're welcome to return your item(s) in their original packaging only if they arrived broken or damaged while in transit for a full refund minus return shipping costs. We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. To start a return email us at support@aubreesays.com.
