How long will my order take to ship? 

The short answer is, it depends where you live! Orders generally take 2-4 days to ship to the East coast, and 3-5 days for the Midwest or West coast. Shipping has been a little unpredictable during COVID, so please allow an extra few days to receive your order just in case. 

My order was shipped, where is my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the postal service. If you still have questions or concerns please email support@aubreesays.com and we'll do what we can to assist you.

What is your return policy?

We want you to *love* your Aubree Says pieces! If you don't, you're welcome to return them in their original packaging as long as they're in brand new condition for a full refund minus return shipping costs. We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Do you ship internationally?

We hope to be able to ship across the globe very soon! We're still working out a few parts of the shipping process, so we're only offering US shipping for now. But we hope this changes very soon ☺️
